Details:
The "Turns to target" value displayed by the mouse goto for air units that
need to be refuelled only every second turn (bomber, awacs) is not correct
because it takes into account the moves before refuelling is needed, not the
moves left in the current turn. So it shows you "0 turns" for a much longer
distance than can be reached this turn.
