Follow-up Comment #3, bug #15539 (project freeciv):
I've not seen it since.
One possible explanation is that the game was affected by the bug #15538. I
were supposed to run game inside my own sandbox with metaserver of its own,
but instead it was reported to default metaserver. Maybe somebody else joined
game during quitidle time.
