Follow-up Comment #1:
It was assuming the hash functions for int keys were still the former ones.
Fix attached:
* remove hash_fval_int() and hash_fcmp_int().
* use FC_INT_TO_PTR() instead of GINT_TO_POINTER() for freeciv hash table
functions. Keep GINT_TO_POINTER() for glib.
