Follow-up Comment #1:
I think that a transporter should be able to transport another transporter.
However, the cargo of the loaded transporter should be taken in account for
the loader transport.
E.g. unit A is in unit B which is in unit C.
* get_transporter_occupancy(A) should be 0.
* get_transporter_occupancy(B) should be 1: A.
* get_transporter_occupancy(C) should be 2: A + B.
Do you agree with this analysis?
The other bug is about the sentry order. I didn't check yet, but you are
probably right.
