Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15643 (project freeciv):
I think that the error message is due to the clients which are out of
synchronization. In a such case, then log_error() is incorrect, it should be
log_verbose().
Unfortunately, this is only my opinion. If you could attach the logs, then it
would make evidences that the vote in question existed and probably is just
resolved.
