Follow-up Comment #5, patch #1236 (project freeciv):

update to current trunk (svn 17259)

changes compared to default ruleset:

* variable city radii
* tech upkeep
* illness activated
* migration effects for governments
* shield2gold upkeep change (gold upkeep style)
* more than 1 build slot
* Big Land unit class
* migration activated
* foggedborders activated
* tech losing activated
* triremes on rivers

Would it be possible to add an experimental ruleset or to change the default
to use these new features? Let them be known to the people! We have the civ1
/ civ2 ruleset for compatibility but freeciv can define its own rules!
