Follow-up Comment #1, bug #16082 (project freeciv):
Here's a small correction: there *is* a scroll bar for the whole window. I
don't know why i didn't notice it previously. However, it still seems like
everything should fit in the window. I have some screen shots, but they were
over the allowed upload size. In any case, the window is 1276 X 778.
