Follow-up Comment #1, patch #1753 (project freeciv):
Created patch adding the people you suggested as leaders.
Keep in mind though that the inclusion of a leader doesn't imply that anybody
likes the person, just that (s)he was important. After all Hitler is a leader
for the Germans and Pol Pot for the Cambodians.
