Follow-up Comment #8, patch #1350 (project freeciv):
I made some minor corrections to the Tatars, I will commit those soon. The
other nations need some more work.
Also I'm not really sure about including the Paulistas. São Paolo has never
been an independent nation, nor are the Paulistas ethnically different from
the rest of the country.
