Follow-up Comment #18, patch #1496 (project freeciv):
In case anybody wonders about the author attribution for the Kievan flag; the
Wikipedia flag is based on the Wikipedia coa
(http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Coat_of_arms_of_Kiev.svg) which is
from an external site.
Also this was nation #250.
