Details:

ensure that the hit points of the unit are reduced even if they were
increased before (due to barracks, ...); thus with killunhomed > 0 a unit
would life only for unit->hp / killunhomed turns

example:

unit->hp = 20
killunhomed = 2

=> unit dies latest after 10 turns (and it is not possible to keep it alive
by moving it or something else)

(kind of preparation patch for patch #1936)
