Details:
When trying to connect to ltex.longturn.org:5555 from a non English computer
I get this error message.
1: Missing errno mapping for Winsock error #10060.
1: Please report this message at https://gna.org/projects/freeciv/
There is no such error for the game on port 5557 on the same server. Nor is
there an error for port 5555 on an English computer.
