Follow-up Comment #13, bug #16896 (project freeciv):
As long as you include '%d' somewhere in the string, you may translate in any
way you see fit. FYI, the rank number will be substituted for the %d when the
game is running.
You may add comments anywhere in your translation file by starting a new line
with a #.
