fix console output (handle_stdin_input_real())
* remove cut_comment(); comments are not allowed on the command line
* cleanup removing of spaces; use remove_leading_trailing_spaces()
* prevent '/ help' from beeing a valid command
* fix write to the console if the command was issued from a client
* remove allargs as it is identical to arg
