Follow-up Comment #1:
Attached ruleset contains a lot of typos, some fatal. The server won't start
with this ruleset.
It is based on an older revision of the Polish ruleset - compare the latest
S2_3 or trunk revision and update accordingly.
Also, please avoid using tabs for formatting.
