Follow-up Comment #17, patch #1910 (project freeciv):
I think /kick will be best feature to have.
Currently, if we want to allow a person to observe or not, it is necessary to
set allowtake. Having a /kick command will address both unwanted observing and
spamming. And it will save us for all this hassle changing allowtake for each
person that log on. I vote for a /kick command allowing us to kick based on
IP adress.
