Details:
I think that the new enhanced strings for diplomatic actions lack an article,
as in "Eliminated <b>a</b> French Spy while infiltrating..." or "Your Diplomat
eliminated <b>a</b> Polish Diplomat while ..."
There's a problem in English if the nation starts with a vowel, but the
missing article is altogether worse.
