Details:
In the SDL client, only the maximum resolution for the system can be chosen.
In my case, this is 3120x1050 (dual-screen setup).
Before touching this setting, the resolution is set to 640x480, but after
changing to the above in the UI, it is no longer possible to change back to
640x480.
