Follow-up Comment #4, task #7261 (project freeciv):
Tarballs are available at both mirrors now.
Left to do:
-Finalize NEWS-2.2.4 on the wiki
-Send out email announcement
-Update the PEOPLE page on the wiki
-Announce on wiki and forum (for this I typically wait until at least the
Windows binaries are available)
