Details:
In the 'multiplayer' ruleset (and 'rewonder' before it), most wonders have
had their positive effects changed from "Player" to "Continent" range (which
implicitly limits to "Player" as well).
However, where the same effect can come from a building as well (as for the
Great Wall and City Walls), the "nreqs" for the wonder are still at Player
range.
I think this means that once you've built the Great Wall on one island, any
City Walls you have on other islands will inexplicably lose their effect. This
seems unlikely to be deliberate.
As well as the Great Wall, this affects:
* Michelangelo's Chapel / Cathedrals
* Women's Suffrage / Police Stations
* Hoover Dam / various electrical plants
