Details:
I use a two digit numerical prefix to order my cities. "08" and "09" are
consistently mis-sorted (also applies if I use three digit numerical prefixes)
- they are always the first two cities listed. Please see the attached
screenshot for an example.
I am using the GTK+ client if that makes any difference.
