Follow-up Comment #2, patch #2195 (project freeciv):
Langobards are currently under preparation. I don't know whether to use the
leader names in English or Latin, because I didn't find the native names.
Everything else is ready (cities names are Latin as in other "Roman-Germanic"
nationsets).
