Details:

Currently it's impossible to make gui that uses C++. Client common part and
gui specific part are calling each other both directions, so - because of C++
function name mangling - either both are in C++ or neither is. Common part
cannot be written in C++ since current guis are written in C. And since common
part is in C, no gui part can be in C++.

Most likely C++ gui to implement would be QT.

This ticket is about preparing some parts to be C++ compilable and about
reorganizing codebase so that some guis can be written in C++ while others are
written in C.
