Follow-up Comment #2, bug #17490 (project freeciv):
Player can have only one AI type, but different players can have different AI
types. They may want to save information about enemy (which are owned by
player of different ai type) cities/units also. I'm not sure if even default
AI needs this. It stores information about enemies at least in memory, but I'm
not sure if that data is saved to savegame.
