Follow-up Comment #5, bug #17442 (project freeciv):
I have tested in changing the seed parameters my self, and in fact, the
server seems to have a weird behaviour... Once it provides a new unknwon map,
once it provide a map with the same characteristics as previous. I will try to
remove the seeds from my saved file. and I post asap
