Follow-up Comment #4, patch #2432 (project freeciv):
"Jarl Birger Jarl" or "King Birger Jarl" will look rather stupid, of
course...
"Birger Magnusson" is ambiguos as that was also the name of his grandson,
King 1280 - 1321. "Birger of Bjälbo" might be confused with Birger Brosa and
I assume "Birger Magnusson of Bjälbo" exceeds the character limit.
