Follow-up Comment #2, patch #2373 (project freeciv): This causes changes in autogames, but I debugged it down to legitimate reason. If most wanted building is tie between some wonder and coinage, previously wonder was chosen and with patch coinage. Reason for this is that buildings are iterated in different order. Previously wonder was chosen first, and coinage does not replace it as better option. With this patch coinage is chosen first, and wonder doesn't replace it.
