One slight problem with these patches is that the plain "/show" command with
no arguments gives an assertion failure. New patch which fixes this (among
other minor tweaks) attached.
(Also, I don't think S2_3 is in string freeze? On that assumption, my trunk
patch is also applicable to S2_3.)
