Follow-up Comment #1, patch #2500 (project freeciv):
- Added path to configure.ac case also
- Fixed path separator in utility/shared.c
This cannot go forward before decision on bug #17787 has been made and this
patch adjusted accordingly. Otherwise this makes situation worse.
