I don't get this last warning with libtoolize 2.2.6b, nor is there any
problems in building that would be caused by missing libtool.m4 stuff from
aclocal.m4.
It's also important to note that we run aclocal *before* libtoolize. Our
aclocal run cannot catch anything libtoolize adds to m4.
