Details:
See attachments; the mapimg code doesn't seem to quite do the right thing
with iso (wrapx|iso) or iso-hex (wrapx|iso|hex) maps.
This is with trunk r19468, compiled without imagemagick, "mapimg define
turns=1:zoom=1:map=tcub:show=all".
