Details:

Vision increase if unit on mountainous terrain

I have a proposal for a vision bonus if unit is on "mountains" (or "hills")
terrain.
This way this terrain can be used for putting observing units, able to see
further away and act like early warning.
Otherwise, until discovery of flight, there's not a single land unit able to
see more than one tile away.

what do you think?
