Details:
When we have had problems with meta.freeciv.org metaserver in the past, and
we've changed to use some other metaswerver as default one for a release,
we've dealt with metaserver address stored to client settings by simply trying
to detect if it's previous default value and updating in that case. Continuing
that route would eventually lead to backward compatibility maintenance
nightmare, where both false positives and undetected earlier defaults would be
possible.
This patch adds special value "default" for client metaserver address option.
It's used instead of real metaserver address when one wants to use what ever
is current (as in freeciv release) default metaserver address.
S2_2 version does not touch translatable strings.
