Follow-up Comment #2:
The scope of this rather ballooned, to include a bunch of other undocumented
features.
On the way, I found and fixed bug #18300 and bug #18301, and the revised
patch relies on those ones being applied to be true.
The result is not particularly accurate for the SDL client, which is quite
different from Gtk/Xaw (but doesn't include this help).
For reference, a lot of the newly documented stuff was added in RT#14365
<http://bugs.freeciv.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=14365>, which may shed some
light on why it is the way it is.
