Details:
Gtk3-, and Qt-clients are not exactly left to rot, but they are not yet ready
for end-user usage either. It's been hard to choose if they belong to
"maintained" or "unmaintained" category in configure listings as either can be
misleading in some situation.
Attached patch adds completely new category, "in development", for these
clients.
