Umm, not really sure what you mean by 2.4, since any changes that go into
trunk would currently affect 2.3.1 or even 2.3.0-RC2? In any case, i will
edit that page to give more information about trunk and update the tags
section. I don't see much point in including tags for beta tests or
candidates, though.
In answer to your question, the wiki is hosted by Wikia, which has no dealing
with Gna! So yes, you will need a separate login if you wish to contribute
there.
