Details:
It can be confusing that development version of gtk3-client is still
gtk2-program. We can expect people developing freeciv to know the situation,
so referring to gtk3 internally is acceptable, but for any build I've made for
end-users I've renamed binary freeciv-gtk3(.exe) as freeciv-gtk2x(.exe).
Attached patch makes gtk3-client to be built as freeciv-gtk2x in the first
place. I think that's the way it should be as long as it's gtk2-program in
reality.
