Follow-up Comment #1:
Observed with a Linux build of S2_3 r20062 (which is practically identical to
2.3.0-RC2) running from install directory. 3 of 3 trials.
Seems to be locale-dependent. Running with my default locale (en_GB.utf-8)
shows it. en_US.utf-8 is bad too. But using the same build with French
localisation is fine ("Stratégie et Tactiques"), and ru_RU.utf-8 seems fine
too.
