Details:
Old gui_rect_iterate() macro set coordinate variables. This lead to "set but
unused variable" compiler warnings when those variables were not needed.
Attached patch removes setting of coordinate variables from base
gui_rect_iterate() and adds new gui_rect_iterate_coord() macro for those cases
where coordinates are needed.
