Details:
This ticket is about adding missing function headers to gui-sdl.
I've workerd with this patch for some time, and progress is slow if not
completely stalled. I guess it's better to already (after usual inspection
period) commit what I've got so far, and not to wait forever for complete
patch. Attached "-part1" takes care of 10 files: alphablit.c - diplodlg.c.
