In bug #16383, tirolalira points out that the presence of the TerrainSpeed
flag on Trireme units in the experimental ruleset means that they can go up
rivers like a rat up a drainpipe -- up to 9 moves in ideal conditions.
All sea units in all supplied rulesets have this flag, but normally it makes
no difference, since all defined water terrain costs SINGLE_MOVE (and moving
into a city is special-cased, so its terrain doesn't affect non-native
The attached patches differ:
* For S2_3, just a spot fix to remove TerrainSpeed from experimental
Triremes, because I'm paranoid.
* For trunk, remove TerrainSpeed flag from all water-borne units in all
rulesets, for consistency.
