Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18609 (project freeciv):
I've reproduced some kind of weirdness with this rectangle (not checked it's
exactly the same) in S2_3 r20224 with a very small (24x24) map (attached) and
a tall window (high-resolution monitor in portrait mode. One of the failure
modes is not even a rectangle (see screenshot).
