Details:
- new callback function log_pre_callback_fn => pre handling of log messages
(i.e backtraces)
- use log_callback_fn only for printing the log message (perhaps use a list
of callbacks?)
- split vdo_log() into basic vdo_log() and log_real()
- use log_real() as the default pre callback
