Details:
city.tile, city.size and unit.tile where removed as preparation for the
transport patches (patch #2426, patch #2464) or for the citizens patches
(patch #2424, patch #2425) and added as functions. This patches restores them
as a property (as a read-only variable). This reduces the changes needed on an
update 2.3 => 2.4.
