Details:
In patch #2715, at least in earlier versions, counterpart for
get_overview_window() to be called when drawing is finished, was wanted. Here
it is, named as overwiew_window_finished() (name release_overview_window() as
suggested in #2715 may be acurate for waht it was wanted for in gtk3-client,
but not necessarily in generic case - and would probably confuse people
writing gui-specific implementations)
