Details:
In the future registry.[ch] should be generic layer on top of different
datafile format backends. This patch is first step towards that. Before
applying the patch one should rename current ini-format-specific registry.[ch]
as registry_ini.[ch], patch just makes sure that newly named files are used
correctly. It adds also new registry.h, which at this time only further
includes registry_ini.h.
