Details:
We currently have copy of gtk2 version of Freeciv theme under gtk3-client
themes directory. It doesn't work with gtk3-program, so attached patch just
removes it from distribution tarball and from installation. I'm going to leave
it to version control for now since we may later want to just modify it to
make it gtk3-compatible.
