Follow-up Comment #1:
Patch attached for some of these points:
1. Fixed -- it starts out empty now.
2. Putting any kind of clipboard support into the SDL client is likely to be
a major undertaking, so I'll pass on this one.
3. Fixed by keeping Cancel sensitive -- also, the Cancel button wasn't
closing the network connection even when it was sensitive, so a second attempt
to connect didn't go well; fixed that too.
as well as some others:
4. SDL password edit boxes showed the plaintext rather than *s in some
circumstances.
5. When creating a new account and entering the password twice, if the
passwords didn't match, it would just empty the boxes without giving any
message. Now it explains what's wrong.
