Follow-up Comment #1:
I already fixed this in passing on S2_4/trunk in patch #3017, but didn't
backport it for some reason. It's unlikely to have a functional effect, as all
the trailing parameters evaluate to 0, but if it helps with VC compilation
then it's worth doing.
I'll fix the same minor infelicity with "rulesetdir" as I did there at the
same time.
