Details:
Patch #3095 is about providing gtk3-compatible Freeciv-theme, but before such
specific theme can be used, theming in general must be supported in
gtk3-client. Currently themes are not working at all.
This patch is about theming related code-changes from bug #19009. Compared to
code there, I've fixed some compiler warnings and added some comments.
With this patch loading theming works in gtk3-client instead of it using
default gtk3-style.
